Condors
We got up at 3.30 am to catch the four o’clock bus, to see these birds. The bus turned up at 4.15. Then the bus driver forgot to tell us where to get off so we ended up in Copanaconde and had to hang around for an hour to get a bus back to the spot where the Condors fly on the thermals. The Condors turned up late so we were in plenty of time as we had to wait an hour for them to appear. They were very active but unfortunately we went to the lower viewpoint when the higher viewpoint was better. Sadly I was to see plenty of Condors in Cartagena flying over roof tops daily and had not needed to get up at all!!! If we only had crystal balls.
