Medellin Y Guatape
Medellin is a big beautiful skyscraper type city. It has lots of parks and enormous shopping centres. Everyone is really friendly and it felt a safe city now that Pablo Escobar has left the scene. Guatape is an amazing place. It is a small Columbian town where every house seems to be decorated with beautiful tiling or painting. The tailors house has a tiled wall depicting sewing implements. I could not stop taking photos.
The scenery as you arrive is beautiful as it is situated on a lake. There is a big rock to climb for the adventurous with 649 steep steps. Of course I did it!
