Sierra Alisos
This is a delightful country house just outside Quito with a beautiful view of Volcano Cotopaxi. It has lovely gardens. The hotel is run by a lady farmer and is high quality food and accommodation. The drive itself is an adventure through the small villages with cobbled streets underneath Cotopaxi.
